We know what it’s like when you can’t find the perfect Stamp, so that’s why we are here to help. We also want to make it affordable for you as personalisations can sometimes be very expensive!

Here are some things you need to know about our process.

- All custom requests need at least 2 weeks for the design process and approval.
- We will do our very best to have your stamps delivered between 2-4 weeks after the design has been approved.
- Cost is based on the detail of the design but will range from $30-$50 per stamp for 10cm x 10cm stamp size. Anything outside of this size will need to be quoted.

- Cutters can be included with the customisation upon request.

- All customisation will need to be paid in full before production starts. Customisations are non-refundable.

-Shipping will be added to cost on checkout.

Here’s what we need from you.

- Please send through the details of the design, rough drawings, idea, wordings. Anything that will help with the design process.

- What date the stamp is required for.

- Your details: Name and phone number so we can discuss and process the order.
